Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Elite Bookkeeping Services website (the "Service") operated by us.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Informational Purposes Only

The content provided on this website is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional accounting, tax, or financial advice. The use of this website does not create a bookkeeper-client relationship. Such a relationship is only formed after a formal, written engagement letter is signed by both you and Elite Bookkeeping Services.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Elite Bookkeeping Services and its licensors.

4. Disclaimers

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.

Elite Bookkeeping Services is not a certified public accounting (CPA) firm. We provide bookkeeping and managerial accounting services. Tax preparation and filing services are coordinated with your chosen CPA.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Elite Bookkeeping Services, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Elite Bookkeeping Services is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
